Most operators actually don’t feature a reset button. However, you can occasionally get your operator to work by unplugging the unit and plugging it back in after 60 seconds of waiting. This process allows the internal computer chip to re-cycle itself.

Every torsion spring replacement is covered by a one-year labor warranty that starts on the date of your service. Our warranties cover defects in material or workmanship, and the spring itself has a four-year warranty. All-in-all, your warranty lasts a total of five years.

Starting on the date of your service, the extension spring warranty is covered by one year of labor and one year on the spring itself.

Starting on the date of your service, any garage door part or accessory we’ve replaced is covered for 90 days. Labor is covered for 30 days.
