I had yearly maintenance performed on my two garage doors last month. The technician had been here before and he was on time and called before he arrived. He performed the maintenance on the doors and adjusted the springs and performed safety checks. Didn’t try to sell. Just did his job. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.

The technician came at the beginning of the time slot. He identified the issue (inconsistent codes for two handheld devices, an external door pad, and two cars). He finished in under 1/2 hour. He was thoughtful, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. The service call was reasonable in price.
